Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be Responsible for the sales & marketing of IT products & services. Candidates who are willing to face challenges are encouraged to apply. The position requires extensive knowledge of sales & marketing strategies and ongoing trends of the market. The candidate should proactively contribute to the organisation.
∎ The prospective candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of similar job experience in any Nationwide Software Sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a proper understanding of market dynamics and customer needs of the IT products & services.
∎ Have proven software sales experience preferably in Government and Banking or Corporate Organization.
∎ Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly based on sales targets and execute those efficiently.
∎ Assist in developing and executing strategies/ sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target to drive business in new and existing markets.
∎ Able to work under pressure & to meet the monthly or quarterly target.
∎ Achieving sales target to ensure the profitability of the organization.
∎ Sales activities including client hunting, client visits, service offerings, negotiation, and agreements.
∎ Should be willing to work under deadlines and targets.
∎ Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure (which includes communicating via call/email etc. with prospects/clients, pitching for business, finding out the client's particular needs, writing & sending proposals to clients, materializing the sales)
∎ Visit corporate institutes, Government & Bank sectors, NGOs, and preparing offer letters/quotations, follow-up clients, and close the deal. Have existing contacts in Govt. offices, corporate organizations, and NGO institutes.
∎ Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation.
∎ Hard-working, sincere, and energetic for door-to-door sales. Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Must have a strong mindset to take up challenges in the sales and marketing profession
∎ Must have to develop and maintain customer relationship with interpersonal skill
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Responsible for revenue generation, market research, market analyst and create new business opportunities for Sales Planning and Forecasting
∎ Maintain regular physical visit and communication with client to generate new business
∎ Maintain good relations with employees and clients
∎ Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
∎ Should have the capability to market visit in every day and identifying potential customers.
∎ Maintaining sales & other reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Required practical experience in sales & marketing in the field of software sales in the context of Bangladesh. (Preferred Area of Experience is required at least for 3-5 years)
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Business Negotiation, Sales & Marketing, team
∎ Must have a "Growth Mindset" and "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Must be dedicated, proactive, and hard-working.
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic, and confident.
∎ Should have a representative attitude and prompt in communication.
∎ Must have confidence and the ability to be persuasive and assertive Negotiating Skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written English communication skills.
∎ Good projection and time management skills.

Salary: Negotiable
