Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager / Manager Sales & Marketing. who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Raw Cotton, Yarn and Fabric, sales & Marketing.
∎ We are looking 05 to 10 Years(s) Experience in Raw cotton, Yarn and Fabric sales & marketing
∎ If you do not have 05 to 10 Years (s) Experience in Raw Cotton, Yarn and Fabric Sales & Marketing no need to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales of Raw Cotton, Yarn and Fabric.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization / work site for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Create sales& marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Any other Task assigns by the top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate (Sales)

∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in prefect order.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant Should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hard-working ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and Sufficient
∎ Knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype etc.).
∎ Good communication in both Bangla & English.
