Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales support with aggressive attitude and capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills.
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the sales volume
∎ Result Driven, self-motivated with able to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it.
∎ Know sales strategies, strong mindset for teamwork and proven end sales skills-prospecting, target management and market awareness
∎ Ensure profitable growth of the business by achieving Periodic Targets.
∎ Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
∎ Accelerating import volumes through local sales.
∎ Business Development / Daily Sales Call /visit reporting to Sales Manager.
∎ Manage Key Accounts follow up and development as assigned
∎ Organize customer satisfaction survey to evaluate customers' assessment on our customer- focused service
∎ Time to time gather information of the overall local market rates & new requirements and potential volume movements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants have experience in the Commercial Dept of RMG sector will be preferred.
∎ Must have knowledge in Sales/ Marketing (Export/ Import) of Freight Forwarding industry having good contacts with local customers.
∎ Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness to become successful sales professional is preferable.
