Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute area wise comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
∎ Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing staff.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities.
∎ Identify and target new customer segments.
∎ Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and influencers.
∎ Track and analyze sales performance data and make informed recommendations.
∎ Training and developing sales and marketing staff.
∎ Preparing reports and presentations.
∎ Managing the sales and marketing budget.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
∎ Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company in respective areas.
∎ Providing administrative support to the area operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the ISP industry.
∎ Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Computer skills particularly in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Ability to manage a team in a target based work environment.
Salary:
