∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE( Industrial Production Engineering), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in ME/IPE.
∎ Graduate from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, IUT only.
∎ Long term experience and practical job know will minimize the educational background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management, General Worker, Machine Operator, Maintenance, Packaging, Quality, R & D
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and make production schedule as per market demand.
∎ Ensure smooth production as per production schedule.
∎ Co-ordinate with supply chain team to ensure smooth raw material supply in production line.
∎ Should know and capable to apply 5S, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing, KPI and other production tools.
∎ Should have knowledge about inventory control.
∎ Should have knowledge about inventory control.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about refrigerator and Air conditioner machines and general idea about maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about AutoCAD and Solidworks.
∎ Should have a good leadership and should able to handle any situation in production line & factory.
Salary: Negotiable
