Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training to QA / QC staff regular basis, based on training program. Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
∎ Establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process.
∎ Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
∎ Collection the QA reports (Fabric inspection reports / Lab test report / PP meeting report / First output report / QA audit report / Buyer final inspection report, if failed ) and report to Director.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Organize performance and capability wise men power lay-out to ensure right people in right jobs.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and report to Director weekly basis for future improvement and minimize defects to zero level.
∎ Liaise with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.
