The applicants should have experience in the area of production management (Finishing) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
Required good commination skill;
Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor finishing process and material management & ensure daily finishing production with appropriate quality;
- Proper utilization of man, machine, material & ensure on time delivery;
- Communicate with cutting, sewing & merchandising teams for any kind of relevant & delivery issues;
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, and extra hour work;
- Control and monitor costs and other overheads of the Finishing section within the budgeted limit;
- Evaluating staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;
- Responsible for Finishing including trimming, button attach, ironing & packaging of garments;
- On time completion of style reconciliation report according to company’s SOP;
- Follow up & ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;
- Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines and analyzing individual worker performance;
- Capacity to maintain safety, quality and compliance activities in Finishing section to ensure zero NC.
