Experience Requirements:

• Manager: Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in Finished Fabric Store operations in garments/textile sector.

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 4–6 years’ relevant experience.

>) In-depth knowledge of finished fabric characteristics, storage methods, and inspection procedures.

>) Proficiency in ERP or fabric inventory management software.

>) Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

>) Only males are allowed to apply.

>) Extensive knowledge on MS Office.

>) Willing to work in under pressure.

>) Job location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

• Supervise all activities of the Finished Fabric Store, including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of finished fabrics.

• Ensure all incoming finished fabrics are properly inspected for shade, GSM, width, and defects before storage.

• Maintain accurate records of fabric receiving, storage, and delivery using ERP or manual systems.

• Organize and store fabrics by lot, color, and order number for easy identification and retrieval.

• Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent shade variation, contamination, or damage.

• Coordinate with production, cutting, and planning departments for timely fabric delivery as per production schedules.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports and submit to management.

• Monitor all fabric in/out entries and ensure system and physical records are accurate.

• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system to maintain inventory flow and minimize aging stock.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and promptly report any discrepancies.

• Supervise and guide store personnel to ensure discipline, accuracy, and efficiency in all operations.

• Ensure all fabrics are properly tagged and documented with buyer and order references.

• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate stock data and reports.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the finished fabric store area.
