Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (BUTEX Preferred) .

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Laboratory/ Testing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Company.
∎ Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing .
∎ Keep liaison with the Production Team for their in time Testing result for the Sample or Bulk Production.
∎ Keep Update all the Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration .
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports .
∎ Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses
∎ Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Update the Management with the results Findings and methods of the works.
∎ Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Industry
∎ Having experience in a large Garments factory
∎ Checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality issues
∎ Capable to work independently, leading a large team of Quality Assurance Personnel.
∎ Provide quality guidelines & technical advice.
∎ Able to perfectly matching every shade as buyer requirements and ensure the best quality as per buyer's requirements parameter.
∎ Monitor all essential tools calibration.
