Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate should have at least a B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finishing Production Follow up as per booking order (Knit Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ To prepare report on production, monthly stock & Inventory report.
∎ To Optimization of the Finishing process & processing wastage.
∎ To follow up Finishing Parameters & follow up batching as per programmed.
∎ To check daily QC Report batch wise according buyer requirement.
∎ To find out Dyeing & Finishing fault and reason this fault.
∎ To find out MC wise productivity & efficiency.
∎ To follow up Planning & operation according to booking order.
∎ To execute production plan on the basis of order, capacity & time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ To Optimization of finishing process & to reduce process loss.
∎ To maintain co ordination between Dyeing & Finishing units.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of finishing machine parameters
∎ Should have the ability to maintain the production forecast
∎ Should have good communication skill (Verbal)
∎ Should have good knowledge of various fabric faults as well as their remedies
∎ To Sound knowledge of different dyeing & finishing process. such as ( Open & Tube finish)
∎ To sound knowledge about Finishing MC s ( Open & Tube finish ) such as Fongs, Dilmenler & thies dyeing mc, Slitting mc, hydroextactor, squzeer, Dryer, Stenter & compacting mc.
