Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE/ECE/ EEE or equivalent from any reputed University.
∎ Technical Skill: VLAN, ACL, PPTP VPN, SSTP VPN, Fortinet SSL VPN, EoIP Tunnel, IPSec Tunnel, SD-WAN, Linux etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, design, install and configure network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, network segments, Internet & intranet systems) and application components. Integrate new services and devices to support the evolution and expansion of the network.
∎ Ensure network security by administering network access control systems, monitoring routers and servers, evaluating logs and updating access lists and firewalls.
∎ Installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, etc.
∎ Maintain network performance through network monitoring and performance tuning. Troubleshooting of network issues; attend, identify, escalates, resolve immediately.
∎ Evaluate network designs and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and deploy a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience on implementing, managing and administering CISCO router, CISCO switch (VLAN architecture), Fortinet Firewall and Mikrotik Router.
∎ Sound knowledge of managing and administering Juniper APs, Cambium APs, Google Nest, etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Be expected to work during both normal business hours and emergency windows outside of normal hours.
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience on management and administration in the field of IT Infrastructure, Networking and Security
∎ Practical/Hands-on work experience on IT Security products & implementation
