Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng) in B.Sc in CSE Hardware software Engineering.
∎ Candidates from Public or Private Engineering University are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives to support growth and innovation.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
∎ Ensure the security of data and information systems by implementing and monitoring security measures, policies, and protocols. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Able to solve any kind of hardware / software, windows program problem.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Installing & configuring windows server 2012 & MS SQL server 2012.
∎ Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records of IT equipment.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access level maintain, Access Control, secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation systemically.
∎ Look after the Server & secure the server, also ensure data backup by systemically.
∎ Regular monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Develop and Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). So far develop a full control & secure IT network for retail shop & Head office.
∎ Responsible for a prepared different type of MIS report as per management required.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance and flow up.
∎ Regular update any development-related issue and input into the e-commerce website along with the right information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer Science and Software.
