Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling all types of IE issues & understand the system
∎ Layout preparation
∎ Machine Plan Preparation
∎ Line plan Efficiency plan and Daily target plan
∎ All Department target Monitoring
∎ Time study on each department and calculate hourly output
∎ Multiskilled chart preparation and train the operators
∎ Forecast planning and upcoming style follow up development and implementing Process improvement and technical upgrade
∎ During Production Process that maximize efficiency and reduce the non-value added activity.
∎ Design Control System to minimize Costs and Production issues.
∎ Design the layout of facility and determine requirement.
