∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend daily production meeting (Morning)
∎ Drive automation, layout planning, and cost-reduction initiatives across departments
∎ Strong knowledge of IE & IE tools, lean manufacturing, six sigma, and production planning.
∎ Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
∎ Monitor and control the man-machine ratio status at every point in time.
∎ Check operator absenteeism report & balance as per floor layout.
∎ Setup Daily target according to the floor running machines & prepared target vs achieve report.
∎ Prepare style wise check balance report & follow-up urgent shipment style.
∎ Follow-up hourly QI production report.
∎ Conduct skill test of new joiners (Operator, Training Operator & QI)
∎ Check operator wise target vs achievement.
∎ Analyze list of low performing operators & Motivate them to achieve next day’s target.
∎ Work with up-coming new styles & follow-up size set sample.
∎ Prepare weekly supervisor & In charge wise performance report
∎ Prepare weekly floor wise defect & wastage comparison report.
∎ Perform SMV calculation, consumption, line layout, line balancing, etc.
∎ Initiate different types of training related to IE.
∎ Implement new IE tools and techniques to ensure higher efficiency.
∎ Prepare the necessary data driver presentation for the company development
∎ Ensure per machine cost, calculate CPM, and other issues related to cost effectiveness.
∎ Management assigns some other responsibilities as and when required.
