Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
∎ Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and standards
∎ Preparing Operating Breakdown
∎ Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation & target set up
∎ Motion and Line balancing - Based on Capacity and WIP (Work In Progress) in the line
∎ Identify and eradicates - Bottleneck in operation
∎ Work with production personal to establish best practices
∎ Conduct skill test for all workers
∎ Plant and setup target on daily and weekly basis
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory
∎ Co- ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on fabric & threads consumption
∎ Good working knowledge in MS Office
∎ Strong Time management skills
∎ Good in Mathematics
∎ Good communication skill
