Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day HR operation.
∎ Assist for the smooth and profitable operation of the Human Resources Department.
∎ Assist in maintaining performance management system.
∎ Determining and seeking individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all types of training.
∎ Assis timely evaluation of employees as per the employment contract and the ensuring interim performance evaluation with fixing appropriate position & compensation package as per the respective performance.
∎ Assist in job evaluation process and prepare salary structure as per job grade.
∎ Support line management as it relates to employee relation issues.
∎ Conduct regular compensation survey to benchmark our position in the industry.
∎ Monitor absenteeism, labor turnover, complaints, and grievances to alert the management of impending personnel problems so that they can be checked in time.
∎ Analyze the vacancy status and initiate recruitment to fill the vacancy.
∎ Assist performance appraisal & KPI of employees as instruction.
∎ Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general.
∎ Prepare monthly report as per assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Candidate from Retail lifestyle will be preferable
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Good interpersonal skill
