Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Group HR to prepare, develop and implement HR-related policy to align HR with the business as a strategic partner
∎ Support the Business Unit in driving the critical HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits, internal relations, budgeting, employee development, salary review (in alignment with the central HR functions)
∎ Prepare workforce planning and yearly HR budget as per Annual Business Plan
∎ Assess business organization strengths and gaps, provide HR organizational design guidance, and facilitate appropriate action plans
∎ Monitor, ensure and provide support on entire employee wellbeing-related issues such as health & safety, work environment, hygiene, general support, recreation, food, etc.
∎ Maintain communication with employees for feedback and support accordingly
∎ Provide support and counseling to stop any problem at the source
∎ Check, Report, and maintain disciplinary issues as and when required
∎ Check and maintain all issues related to housekeeping
∎ Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
∎ Supervise requisitions and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to meet their needs
∎ Ensure total facilities smooth management
∎ Check cost-effective measures, prevent losses, and control the consumption of resources
∎ Inspect premises utility systems to determine repair or replacement needs, and supervise emergency and routine maintenance
∎ Any other tasks assigned from time to time by the appropriate authority
