Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in warehouse operations in compliance with the company's policies and direction.
∎ Up to date Daily store related transaction, set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of Raw-Materials.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Items.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility.
∎ Identify footwear related raw material at a glance as per product type.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ To Maintain Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
