∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
∎ Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
∎ Computer conversant & must have sound communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication and analytical Skill.
∎ Proficient in MS office applications (MS, Excel, Word, Power Point etc)Expected salary to be mentioned in the CV.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and record all types of farm task, from feeding, vet/medical, heating, cleaning and virtually any other task performed in the production process &report to farm manager.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of worker engaged in raising poultry, collecting eggs, crating fryer and maintaining equipment and facilities on poultry farm.
∎ Assign work to duties, such as candling egg and fumigating chicken hues.
∎ Direct maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, such as chicken house, automatic feeder and layer nest.
∎ Coordinate Worker attendance, egg production, feed consumption and poultry mortality reports.
∎ Look after the health of the birds including taking all preventive steps to keep the birds free from possible disease.
∎ Establish or adjust Work procedure to meet production schedule.
∎ Prepare various reports and appropriate duties and responsibilities to the Subordinates.
∎ Liaison with local & Government legal information.
∎ Any other assignment given time to time by the management.
