∎ MBA or Equivalent in Marketing from any recognized and reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAIN PURPOSE:
∎ Achieve the profitability target as per business Plan.
∎ Deliver a High Impact Retail Marketing Campaign to generate walk-ins.
∎ Deliver a high impact PR Campaign to compliment advertising.
∎ Cost & Budget Reporting.
∎ CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Looking after the Marketing activities at all three Sales Channels (Retail / Wholesale / Online)
∎ Overall Cost & Budget Reporting.
∎ Measure and Report efficiency of Promotions and Campaigns
∎ Competition Analysis.
∎ Formulate & Implementation of goals to external agencies.
∎ Analyze the Market trend to compete in the Market.
∎ Analyze the impact of Marketing to Sales.
∎ Review own performance regularly using the agreed KPI and competency frameworks.
∎ Manage together with the Sales team / Buying & Merchandising Team for Highlighting / Marketing the right product at right place.
∎ KEY OUTPUTS/RESULTS:
∎ Brand Equity.
∎ Impact of Store Sales
∎ Costing within Budget
∎ Effective Promotions and Campaigns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
