Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to make accurate consumption for marketing team base on tech pack and provide bulk fabric, trims booking consumption.
∎ Provide technical advice and support merchandiser, factories and production team.
∎ Have to operate CAD Lectra and Gemini software.
∎ Prepare pattern for sample and production as per buyer requirements.
∎ Corresponding with buying house tech, factory merchandiser with technical issue external or internal.
∎ Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities workplace.
∎ Must have good knowledge of ladies garments manufacturing process and risk assessments of the product.
∎ To find out and solve the fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising dept.
∎ To ensure that the change made in the previously approved sample in communicated to the concerned person timely.
∎ Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issue.
∎ Able to prepare time and action plan for customer development and maintain T&A with the help of merchandiser head and merchandisers.
∎ Good knowledge in computer and email communication.
∎ Receives sample requisitions from merchandiser and prepares sample development plan base on submission date.
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer comments, sample preplan, cutting preplan, dummy fitting , sewing instruction and perform any others task &when assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good concept about Planning
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Must have good leadership & Motivational capability.
∎ Knowledge on Compliance and safety
∎ Strong Analytical skill
∎ Problem solving skill, 7 QC tools, 5 Why Analysis, 4W 1 H - It is crucial in analyzing past and current performance and recommending objectives to improve productivity and profitability.
∎ Must have experience of working on woven tops. Preferably with European buyers
∎ Knowledge of sample development.
∎ Updated knowledge on pattern making and garments technology.
∎ People management skill.
∎ Computer literacy (ERP)
∎ Proficiency in reading writing & speaking English.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
