Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales plans in line with business objectives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
∎ Identify and approach new business opportunities including corporate clients, tour operators, OTAs, travel agents, and event organizers.
∎ Maintain and grow a strong client database and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
∎ Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
∎ Coordinate with the hotel’s reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and submit regular performance reports to the management.
∎ Represent the hotel at industry events, travel expos, and B2B meetings.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.
∎ Assist in digital marketing initiatives and promotional planning with the corporate team.
∎ Performs any other duties assigned by the management as when require.
∎ Context:
∎ We are looking for motivated, target-driven individuals for the roles of Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and relationship management.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
