Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Factory (Gazipur-Kaliganj)
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing and Trading Company in Bangladesh.
∎ The incumbent should be able to lead the overall human resource functions of a factory compound and report head office in timely manner for achieving the organizational goals. And required At least 8 years working experience in HR operations of a Plastics, Pipe & Fittings manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Manpower planning, conducting overall recruitment and employee on-boarding of the factory in timely manner.
∎ Prepare and maintain payroll, compensation/benefits of all employees as per company policy in line with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Manage and maintain attendance and leave of employees as per company policy in line with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
∎ Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs for non-management & management employees in the factory.
∎ Monitoring and managing all personnel files ensuring up-to-date records of all employees with relevant information of promotion, increment, transfer, entitlements & emoluments etc. (both in software and hard copy).
∎ To prepare and update organogram and Job description of all positions.
∎ Providing Counseling for staff and workers as and when necessary.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the factory as per law.
∎ Handle employment separation process & ensure final settlement of all outgoing employees.
∎ Maintain and update HR Information Systems and provide reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of MS office (especially advance level in MS Excel) & Internet browsing.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Effective communication skill, leadership skill and reporting skill.Problem solving, time management, Conflict Management, vigilant, proactive and remaining focused is essential for success in this role.
