Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up sales, delivery, distribution and collections of Day Old Chicks (DOC).
∎ Monitor market price of Day Old Chicks (DOC) on regular basis and update the same to the management.
∎ Tracking Sales Orders to ensure that they are scheduled and delivered on time.
∎ Ensure Collection against each and every sale as per company policy.
∎ Coordinate with Regional Heads (S&M), Hatchery Management & Finance departments for information about production stock, delivery, dues & collection.
∎ Ensure and monitoring of smooth delivery of Day Old Chicks (DOC) within the lead time to all dealers.
∎ Ensure proper & equal Distribution of the product to Regional areas as per plan by the management.
∎ Maintain and update dealer database on regular basis.
∎ Generate sales reports like hatch-wise/weekly/monthly production vs. sales vs. collection reports. Also, any other reports required by the management.
∎ Smooth coordination among the sales team, Head office management, Factory management and dealers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants must have relevant work experience in the relevant industry (Agro Based).
∎ Should have knowledge on poultry industry in Bangladesh and market trend of DOC (Day Old Chicks).
∎ Should have knowledge on MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the deserving candidate.
