Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
Proven track record of achieving business development/sales targets.
Strong client network in plastic, packaging, and industrial sectors will be an advantage.
Knowledge of plastic products and manufacturing processes will be preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla & English.
Excellent business acumen with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP-MM & SAP-PP modules is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate will have to travel from Factory to Headoffice both from time to time.
Willingness to travel extensively any part of Bangladesh.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented personnel to drive the growth of our plastic manufacturing business in Bangladesh and beyond. The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across industries such as FMCG, consumer goods, construction, packaging and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets for plastic products (packaging, household items, pharmaceuticals industrial applications, furniture, pipes, fittings, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine market trends, pricing, and customer needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company targets.
Explore new distribution channels and partnerships to expand reach.
Promote product diversification by identifying customer demands and market gaps.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
Ensure timely client support in collaboration with internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance).
Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
Sales & Performance Management
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports to management on business development progress and market insights.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
