Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop & lead the team for the smooth operation of the cutting section.
∎ 2 Initiative to Achieve Production Target and feedback to Sewing Line as per flowing the Center Planning Plane.
∎ 3. Understand and maintain 100% quality & standards compliance in cutting operations and department.
∎ 4. Ensure fabric relaxation as per fabrics type & buyer's requirement.
∎ 5 Ensure Lay on time & inspection-marking and cutting the fabrics accordingly.
∎ 6. Prepare monthly/weekly cutting plans considering the shipment schedules with flowing the center Planning.
∎ 7. Strictly control on waste management by reducing cutting rejection & fabric waste.
∎ 8. Train the team members as required, manage, and increase efficiency.
∎ 9. Attend the PP meeting of each style/order and implement the guidelines mentioned for cutting.
∎ 10. Ensure smooth operation of the Cutting section by problem analysis, root cause identification, and problem-solving.
∎ 11. in case of any shortcutting, report to the concerned department immediately with reasons of shortcutting.
∎ 12. In case of any fabric quality issue, need to find out the root cause and solve the problem
∎ 13. Keep liaison with the Planning, Merchandising Department, Production Head, Quality Manager, Dyeing and Finishing Department as required.
∎ 14. Strictly maintain the SOP of cutting.
