Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily sales target through utilizing special price offers.
∎ Ensure proper distribution and customer coverage.
∎ Ensure all must have SKUs in all routes.
∎ Ensure product quality and customer service.
∎ Implement process and systems to increase sales.
∎ Review daily achievement against target to keep pace with monthly target.
∎ Maintain relationship with customer through satisfactory service.
∎ Building effective rapport with key personnels.
∎ Collect customer insight/ feedback.
∎ Explore each of the potential customers in a locality and follow-up in person/ over phone regularly.
∎ Identify the gap in coverage in each of the customer category and prepare plan to minimize the gap.
∎ Collect information regarding activities of competitors.
