Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales targets for individual territory and zone
∎ Developing zonal sales strategies and reaching the sales target
∎ Maintaining and increasing zonal, territorial
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Monitoring secondary sales and collection
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures
∎ Regular market visits
∎ Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems and opportunities
∎ Implement new product placement strategies
∎ Implement cost control and damage reduction strategies
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Monitoring distributors activities, stock, accounts and market credit
∎ Maintaining distributors ROI
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
∎ Serving the needs of customers in a professional manner
∎ Sourcing and hiring fit sales staffs
∎ Keeping up to date with products and strategies of competitors
∎ Identifying and recommending the needs of marketing
∎ Reporting to Head of Sales.
