Job Context:
∎ The position will be responsible to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. He/She will also be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans align to the management expectation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
∎ To develop and implement business strategics and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout the product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Purchase order and Payment collection from the customers on regular basis.
∎ Conduct weekly/ monthly sales collection meetings with the team.
∎ Increase business opportunities through various routes and develop new businesses.
∎ Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and organize promotional initiatives to attract the customers.
∎ Responsible to manage sales staffs, train them and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Guide team to achieve sales target.
∎ To maintain database on competitors sales, collection, credit and new product entry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 03-05 years of Job experience in any food producing company.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ The candidate may need to travel frequently.
