Responsibilities & Context:
  • All kind of Bond activities: (Applying for renewal of bond license, Yearly Audit, Lien Bank Addition, In-bond, Ex-bond, UP, New Machine Addition and Capacity Increase) etc.

  • Communicate with the factory for different matters such as machines, raw materials stock and various other issues.

  • Renewal of all Business license on time like Trade License, IRC, ERC, EPB, LFMEAB

  • ,Membership Certificate etc.

  • Communicate with Suppliers for documents and shipping purpose, C&F agent, forwarder and Bank for smooth arrival and releasing of the imported goods.

  • Commercial activities like Capital machinery and Spare Parts LC opening to retirement and Customs clearance.

  • Keeping follow-up with bond office on regular basis to ensure smooth approval.

  • Communicate with Insurance Company for Insurance cover notes and marine policy against LC.

  • Responsible for ensuring goods delivery from port to factory by coordinating the local logistics.

  • Correspondence with all Banks irrespective of Import and UPAS rate for import of Capital machinery & Spare Parts. Having good relation Banks for regular banking and incentive and vast knowledge for all banking procedure.

  • Shipping documents, checking and confirming for further proceed.

  • Overseeing import and export documentation (e.g., Contract, LC, BL, AWB, COO, HS Code compliance).

  • Coordinating with C&F Agents, freight forwarders, customs, bond customs, and logistics providers.

  • Ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

  • Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking cargo movement, and resolving any issues.
