We are looking for energetic, honest, hardworking & dedicated Chemical Engineer who have strong leadership skills and the ability to create innovative sales strategies, develop new markets, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Candidates with proven track records in Sales & Service to the manufacturing industry and power plants, and the confidence to handle international brands such as Dynamic Descaler, Ion Exchange Dosing Chemicals, Turbotect GT Compressor Cleaning Agent, Goodway are highly encouraged to apply.

We regularly work with major national power and energy organizations including BPDB, APSCL, NWPGCL, RPCL, BIFPCL, BCIC, BCPCL, CPGCL, ERL, and others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

• Inspire and motivate customers to achieve optimal results.

• Maintain and grow client relationships in both private and government sectors (e.g., BPDB, APSCL, NWPGCL, BIFPCL, RPCL, BCPCL, CPGCL, ERL, etc.).

• Should have knowledge about CW Chemicals such as Cooling Tower, Boiler, Radiator, Heat Exchanger, Chiller, Compressor and Water Testing etc.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.

• Achieve sales growth as per management expectations

• Visit clients and tender authorities for relationship-building and business development.

• Manage lead generation, corporate office visits, follow-up, and sales closure.

• Prepare and submit daily activity updates, sales reports, and feedback to management.

• Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Perform routine computer operations such as data entry, file management, and software handling.

• Work Experience on E-GP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ processes (Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and offers for clients and tenders.)
