The applicants should have some basic knowledge of E-gp tender, Local and International Tender and offline tender etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and growth as per management expectations.
Sets strategies and takes initiatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
Inspire and motivate customers to achieve optimal results.
Ensure all activities, lead collections, corporate visits, follow-ups, and confirmation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure effective and consistent communication with clients.
Oversee all sales activities, including both private and government sectors (e.g., BPDB, APSCL, NWPGCL, BIFPCL, RPCL, BCPCL, CPGCL, ERL, etc.).
Doing market research, competitor studies, promotions & activities, offers, sales volumes, and reporting to management.
Prepare and submit feedback reports and daily activity updates to superiors.
Perform routine computer operations, such as data entry, file management, and software Managment.
Use office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) to prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Assist in maintaining computer hardware and software systems. Provide support to colleagues for basic technical issues.
Must follow the sales process (visiting clients/tender authorities, prospecting new clients, preparing and submitting offers/EGP tender, conducting initial meetings and closing sales).
Work experience on EGP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ.
