Experience:
Strong command over spoken and written English is a must.
Must have experience in dealing with LC, Customs, VAT, TAX, and other import procedures and tender bidding.
Prior experience in dealing with power plants, government entities, and large-scale industrial clients will be considered as a strong advantage.
Manage all activities related to import procedures, including LC opening, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We regularly work with major national power and energy organizations including BPDB, APSCL, NWPGCL, RPCL, BIFPCL, BCIC, BCPCL, CPGCL, ERL, and others.
We are currently seeking a Asst. Commercial Manager (Sales) who will be responsible for managing all commercial and tendering activities,
Maintain effective communication and negotiation with international and local clients.
Handle commercial activities related to Power Plant Chemicals, including sourcing, price negotiation, and vendor communication.
Manage all activities related to import procedures, including LC opening, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
All aspects of commercial documentation, such as PI, LC, Bill of Entry and All Customs-related papers.
Communicate fluently in English with international stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Identify and communicate with overseas suppliers to procure materials at competitive prices.
Prepare and submit e-GP, Manual local and international tender documents following buyer requirements.
Sourcing tender opportunities from different authorities Like BPDB, NWPGCL, RPCL, APSCL, BIFPCL, BCIC etc.
Oversee office operations and team coordination related to commercial tasks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, market conditions, and price trends.
