Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and onboard new chain shops and e-commerce partners.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for both chain shops and e-commerce sales.
∎ Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
∎ Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
∎ Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
∎ Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
∎ Develop and implement channel partner programs, monthly campaigns, and Daraz special campaigns to make it successful.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
∎ Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
∎ Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and order fulfillment.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
∎ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in both physical retail and e-commerce settings.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
∎ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
