Job Context:

Praasad Group of Companies is a leading real estate and construction project engaged in delivering high-quality commercial, shopping mall, resort and mixed-use developments. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager –CPPC to strengthen our centralized procurement operations and support the execution of a large-scale commercial project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Central Procurement and Purchase Cell (CPPC) in planning, executing, and monitoring procurement activities for multiple construction projects.

  • Collaborate with engineering, planning, and site teams to identify material and service requirements.

  • Prepare RFQs, analyze bids, and assist in vendor negotiations and selection processes.

  • Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Maintain and update procurement trackers, vendor databases, and purchase order logs.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, project specifications, and quality standards.

  • Support contract management, including drafting of agreements, change orders, and renewals.

  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and reliable suppliers.

  • Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting for procurement-related activities.

  • Resolve vendor disputes and track supplier performance for ongoing improvement.
