∎ Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet the target.
∎ Communicate with Government, semi government and private sector to develop the business.
∎ Good Social Networking specially in Chattogram.
∎ Identify Land and Construction project for creating new opportunities along with managing and developing existing Land.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active & Capable of work under pressure.
∎ Modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ Computer Knowledge: Basic office program like MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.
