Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that your store team are providing excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities in all areas of the store through effective coaching.
∎ Working together with the store Visual team to ensure that our products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends.
∎ Recruiting, training and developing your leaders and Sales Advisor team
∎ Planning your staff scheduling and organizing your store to meet the needs of the business and maximize profitability
∎ Ensuring our store routines, policies and guidelines are met to assist in loss prevention and safety in the store
∎ Setting an example for your team by acting as a role model using our values. • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
∎ Conduct employee performance reviews.
∎ Develop good customer relationships.
∎ Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
∎ Smooth out problems within the workplace.
∎ Address employee and customer concerns.
∎ Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. • Email and phone correspondence.
∎ Liaise between managers, customers and employees.

∎ Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
∎ Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently. • Supporting store manager as needed.
∎ Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans
∎ Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns
∎ Managing the educational materials for training employees
∎ Managing layout plans of store and maintain inventory of products
∎ Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets • Ensure that stores, shelves or websites are stocked with the right types and quantities of products
∎ Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store
∎ Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
∎ Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
∎ Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
∎ Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors
∎ Product development.
∎ Within a short time to collect all order concern document to the buyer for necessary action.
∎ To follow-up on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Arrange all materials to make the required
∎ Closely monitoring the sampling approval process and on-time provide to the client for approval and arrange approval for the go-ahead.
∎ Critical path analyzes and meeting with the buyer.
∎ Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production. • To collect an inventory report from the store.
∎ Update factory production and the quality team about every message of buying a house
∎ Sent the required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) third-party test and provide the report to the client.
∎ Regular basis checks with the quality department and makes ensure correct quality. Make a schedule for inspection with the buyer inspection team.
∎ Confirm on time and smooth shipment to the buyer
∎ Competitor find out. Should aware of markets another competitor.
∎ If in case fail on-time delivery or correct quality than make a decision and discuss with the head of department or high authority and finalized.
∎ Time to time reporting to the head of the department
∎ Reporting to the high authority in need basis.
∎ If in case need than follow up payment issue, Tax & vat.
∎ SWAT Analysis
