• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the factory.

• Ensure smooth coordination between Bangladeshi and Chinese management teams.

• Assist in arranging audits (social, technical, environmental)

• Manage factory utilities: electricity, water, gas, generator, and housekeeping.

• Monitor security services.

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of office and production areas.

• Manage canteen, transport, dormitory (if provided), and welfare activities.

• Translate instructions (if needed) and support foreigners in administrative matters (visa, work permit, accommodation).

• Ensure workplace safety measures are maintained (PPE, firefighting equipment, emergency exi

• Manage administrative budget (utilities, transport, security, housekeeping).

• Liaison with local authorities, labor office, immigration, suppliers, and service providers.

• Support in renewal of trade license, fire license, environmental clearance, etc.

• Any type of task management will be assigned.
