Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the factory.
Ensure smooth coordination between Bangladeshi and Chinese management teams.
Assist in arranging audits (social, technical, environmental)
Manage factory utilities: electricity, water, gas, generator, and housekeeping.
Monitor security services.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of office and production areas.
Manage canteen, transport, dormitory (if provided), and welfare activities.
Translate instructions (if needed) and support foreigners in administrative matters (visa, work permit, accommodation).
Ensure workplace safety measures are maintained (PPE, firefighting equipment, emergency exi
Manage administrative budget (utilities, transport, security, housekeeping).
Liaison with local authorities, labor office, immigration, suppliers, and service providers.
Support in renewal of trade license, fire license, environmental clearance, etc.
Any type of task management will be assigned.
