∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, petty cash, invoice & vouchers
∎ Analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis etc.
∎ Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll, etc.
∎ Good knowledge in accounting software, Excel & MS Office package.
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, a proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions
∎ Take responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report
∎ Good knowledge to face Internal & External audit

∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good planning skills, organized with strong numerical sense & business acumen.
∎ Good project management skill and flexible for team work.
