Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording of Daily Cash and Bank Transactions in the company’s Accounting Software and
∎ reconcile the same on regular basis
∎ Disbursements of Cash and Bank Payments
∎ Controlling day to day expenditures;
∎ Preparation of system generated Vouchers (Debit, Credit and JV) and forward to the management for approval
∎ Preparation of Fortnightly Statement of Expenditure and send to the Corporate Office of the company to reimburse the fund
∎ Preparation of Debit and Credit Notes (invoices) as per needs of the company
∎ Preparation of Monthly Report of invoices and reconcile with the manual and system records
∎ Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on monthly basis
∎ Corresponding with overseas agents for settlement of payment and other issues on regular basis.
∎ Monthly report to the management (Submit financial statement).
∎ Assist to submit income tax return.
∎ Assist to submit annual return to RJSC.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command over English, Ability to work in teams
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated and productive with a reliable working attitude
Salary: Negotiable
