Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ Minimum Master's degree in English. Preference will be given to O level & A level Candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Business Operation, Freight Forwarding, freight forwarding sales, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Marketing Sales, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research new sales leads and ensuring an ongoing and robust pipeline of new opportunities.
∎ Liaise with Company Management to formulate a sales strategy to fit with the seasonal requirements of the business.
∎ Identify potential new customers and the key decision makers within the organizations.
∎ Develop quotations and proposals to be presented to potential new customers.
∎ Research and develop a thorough understanding of the competitor's services to enable effective cross selling of their services and solutions.
∎ Planning and overseeing the integration of new business into our network in conjunction with our Operations and Customer Service teams.
∎ Attending exhibitions, trade shows and relevant Industry networking events when required.
∎ Track and record activity of new accounts, submit weekly sales reports and present at Group sales meetings.
∎ Reviewing and increasing customer rates on an annual basis or as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Required Skills:
∎ Excellent command over English, Ability to work in teams
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Strong multi-tasking ability.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated and productive with a reliable working attitude
∎ Well versed in Microsoft Office word, Excel and Email communications.
Salary: Negotiable
