∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Ocean Export Shipment:
∎ Follow-up booking and approval receive from the customer
∎ Request customer to provide SOP to follow accordingly
∎ Booking place to the carrier
∎ Loading plan submit to the concern of Chittagong office
∎ Loading plan provide for ICD
∎ Shipping order given to CNF
∎ Equipment arrangement to execute the shipment
∎ Special permission obtained when required
∎ Loading plan to be provide to the CFS
∎ Collect CFS stuffing report, VGM report and TR report receive from CFS
∎ Shipment advise & BL shipper
∎ Submit VGM
∎ Submit SI
∎ Submit EGM to ASYCUDA systems properly
∎ Check IGM/EGM amendment from Customs Authority if need
∎ Prepare ISF form
∎ Carrier Requisition follow-up
∎ Take initiative to MBL release and surrender
∎ Perform HBL release and surrender
∎ Local invoice issue to the customer
∎ Overseas invoice issue to the agent
∎ Cost input to system (Integrated Software)
∎ Vessel follow up with the carrier
∎ Develop relationship with the carrier for better rate and service
∎ Maintain inter personal relationship among the employee
∎ Explore new business opportunity from the existing customer
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ Check and verify container as per SOP prior to load.
∎ Co-ordination with respective team and CFS team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
