∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA Course Completed
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skills, Financial analysis and reporting, Good communication skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Audit, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book), Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance) for keeping our company Accounts as per standard and proper accounting system (according to the norms of BAS & IAS).
∎ He must be capable of building up the whole accounts system of a new company.
∎ He must be a good leader and trainer for his team members.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate have to play the role of Head of Accounts (if recruited).
∎ Follow up and monitoring the total activities of Accounts Department.
∎ Preparing Financial documents and statement according to NBR rules and regulations.
∎ Follow up Receipt & Payment Voucher for all type of Receive & Payments.
∎ Review of daily statement & ensure every transaction posting in the Accounts Software.
∎ Prepare of Daily Bank Statement & Daily Cheque Issue Register.
∎ Prepare Party payment Schedule & Continuous follow up of Payments.
∎ Monthly Reporting – Company & Unit-wise Profit & Loss Accounts along with cash flow statement.
∎ Follow up Party wise Collection & Outstanding Position.
∎ Fund Management.
∎ Yearly Financial Reporting such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Cash flow Statement, Fixed Asset, Owners Equity etc.
∎ Any other works as & when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have strong mentality to work in pressured environment
∎ Applicant have to reside in a nearby location of his assigned working area.
∎ This job is not for freshers.
∎ Experience of working with prominent FMCG and Commodity Sales & Marketing Companies will be preferred.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
