Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent speaking and listening skills in Bangla without any regional accent.
∎ Should have standard speaking and listening skill in English.
∎ Must be patient with the customers and capable to manager dissatisfied customers with polite behavior and good communication skill.
∎ Call customers periodically to generate sales leads.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers, taking sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
∎ Provide general information to customers.
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
∎ To satisfy clients, determine and evaluate their needs.
∎ Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Experience on working in Call Center of E-commerce, Superstore, Chain Shop, FMCG Marketing companies will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
