Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Rice. He should have the ability to procure orders from different dealers/ buyers and have adequate knowledge about Rice marketing.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for sales activities, regular market visit, communicating with rice dealer and develop new area-wise sales points.
∎ To plan, develop & execute the strategy to meet company sales target for both individual & team performance.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary information, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Monitoring and Leading own sales team to achieve overall company goal.
∎ Tracking, recording & reporting own sales team's activity on daily basis.
∎ Daily and monthly reporting to higher authority.
∎ Making Strategic Plan for Market Growth.
∎ Training up own sales team for improvement of performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Must have the practical experience in the position of Asst. Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Executive for at least 03 years and the total experience should not be less than 5 years in the Marketing & Sales Department of Rice Industry.
∎ •Applicant must have strong mentality to visit market daily.
∎ • Applicant have to reside in a nearby location of his assigned area.
∎ • This job is not for freshers.
∎ • Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ • Must have standard computer knowledge on Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel) & email
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
