Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the garments industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial role in Quality Assurance. Strong experience in Knit Undergarments Quality Assurance is mandatory. Having experience working with internationally recognized buyers/brands.

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance operations for Knit Undergarments production.

• Ensure product quality from the development stage to the final shipment.

• Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, technical, IE and compliance teams to achieve quality targets.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAP).

• Monitor inline, pre-final, and final inspections to minimize defects and rework.

• Handle buyer quality audits, technical meetings, and quality-related communications.

• Develop and train QA/QC team members to improve operational efficiency.

• Analyse quality data and prepare reports for management review.

• Ensure shipment quality as per AQL standards and buyer expectations.

• Maintain strong follow-up with factories, printing and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
