Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSc from Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy/ Speech & Language Therapy with post-graduation degree in Health Science related discipline.
∎ Additional foreign degree/ training in the relevant field will be given preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ACTIVITIES RELATED TO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:
∎ Inspection of office rooms, service points etc. to check their workability,
∎ Inspection of daily procedures to ensure operating capability of work equipment,
∎ Develop and maintain activity plans for regular technical, cleaning and repair services,
∎ Supervision of minor fixes (making sure that burned-out light bulbs are replaced etc.),
∎ Inspection of electric cables, outlets, appliances and fixtures,
∎ Make sure that emergency lighting fixtures are functional,
∎ Make sure that emergency power supply system is properly functional,
∎ Control energy consumption, checking power bills and implementing saving options,
∎ Check elevators and other building service equipment to be kept functional,
∎ Maintain a schedule of regular cleaning services and staff coordination,
∎ Inspect daily sweep out, glass cleaning and other refresh activities,
∎ Inspect sanitation equipment (maintaining hygiene),
∎ Ensure that the air conditioners and ventilation function appropriately,
∎ Provide additional equipment and supply to facility users as deemed necessary,
∎ Conference room management, including configuration of tables and chairs,
∎ Office equipment management and coordination: installations, replacements, etc.,
∎ Control renovations of office and other premises: service, restyling and refit activities,
∎ Managing expenditures, supervising the work, verifying the result and final bill,
∎ Ensuring security of facilities;
∎ Executing fire protection and safety procedures,
∎ Daily inspection of escape routes and fire exits,
∎ ACTIVITIES RELATED TO SECURITY & RECEPTION:
∎ Make rounds on a regular basis so that necessary and timely actions can be initiated,
∎ Assist in enforcement of security measures and rules,
∎ Render necessary support and cooperation in enforcing existing regulations governing activities and promulgating new standards and policies as needed regarding fire safety,
∎ Help to facilitate smooth services in patient management,
∎ Investigate and address any complaints, concerns of patients, caregivers, visitors etc. in order to facilitate smooth functional state at CRP- Mirpur,
∎ Contribute to improving customer service procedures,
∎ Monitor surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points,
∎ Prevents losses and damage by reporting and as appropriate taking necessary actions regarding irregularities,
∎ ACTIVITIES RELATED TO MAINTENANCE AND PROCUREMENT:
∎ Contribute to developing detailed maintenance activity plan so that regular inspection/servicing of relevant facilities and proper documentation of those are conducted and maintained,
∎ Make sure that all type of purchase & documentations are done in line with CRP policies,
∎ Ensure getting goods and services are just-in- time at the best price and value,
∎ Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production times,
∎ Building strong working relationships both internally and external key suppliers,
∎ Make and maintain accurate records on available supply items and categories.
∎ Make and maintain a list of authorized suppliers and vendors.
∎ Develop regular reports to keep track of available supplies in your office.
∎ Maintain updated list of all inventories,
∎ ACTIVITIES RELATED TO SERVICES:
∎ Make regular supervision so that quality services are render to CRP patients by therapists, doctors, nurses etc.
∎ Ensure that patients receive services as per their time appointments,
∎ Make necessary arrangements available for emergency patients in coordination with other relevant departments,
∎ Constantly monitor patient satisfaction level and standard of services so that necessary action plans can be developed and implemented.
∎ Make sure that appropriate staffing level is ensured in order to interruption free services to its patients.
∎ Make and maintain a list of authorized suppliers and vendors.
∎ Develop regular reports to keep track of available supplies in your office.
∎ Maintain updated list of all inventories,
∎ Ensure that patients are properly attended and cared.
∎ ACTIVITIES RELATED TO ADMIN., HR & ACCOUNTS AND LOGISTICS:
∎ Identify the key performance components of each job and set proper performance standards,
∎ Give inputs to ongoing process flows like general administrative functions, logistics systems etc.,
∎ Supervise the plans or schedules regarding logistics, duty rosters etc.,
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics,
∎ Assist in developing contingency plans ready in order to ensure timely and effective response to emergency situations,
∎ Guide and motivate the staff members under the division in order to ensure close coordination, cooperation,
∎ Keep all transitions clear and traceable from start to finish through the accounting records,
∎ Check if income and expenditure broadly match the budget,
∎ Detect unusual variances and mismatches between the budget and expenditure,
∎ Try to find proper and adequate explanation of those variances and mismatches ,
∎ Check the outcomes of the last audit and ensure that appropriate actions have been taken,
∎ Render necessary supports to organize events at CRP- Mirpur,
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives in consultation with appropriate management so that maximum utilization of capacities and facilities e.g. conference room can be ensured,
∎ Ensure that all documents, registrations, permissions are regularly updated and kept available at the center,
∎ Attend different sessions, events in order to facilitate better communication and coordination involving intra and inter-departments,
∎ Maintain close liaison with local and government bodies like local government, WASA, RAJUK, Fire Brigade, Police Administration, PWD etc.
∎ Identify and propose to terminate financially unviable services/operations
∎ Conduct spot checks in order to find out anomalies,
∎ Along with those mentioned above, s/he are expected to perform day-to-day duties and responsibilities as time demands and assigned by the office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) working experience with minimum 5 years as Asst. Manager/Manager/Project Coordinator,
∎ Must have working experience in therapeutic/rehabilitation related service sector,
∎ Considerable knowledge in computer.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Quick decision-maker and ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent analytical ability.
∎ Motivation and decision-making skills.
∎ Time management, planning and prioritizing and have stress management skills
∎ Respectful to other professions, colleagues and their views.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
