Education:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with 1 year internship and up-to-date registration from BMDC.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular Ward round,
∎ Immediately attend inpatient department for any kind of emergency situation,
∎ Immediately response to phone calls which is directly related to patient, staff, students and office,
∎ Must ensure presence in the CRP campus for giving support, assistance or to manage patient related emergency,
∎ Responsible for providing medical management for outpatient, inpatient, staff members and others,
∎ Responsible to assess the conditions of each individual patient & provide necessary medical management,
∎ Responsible for emergency patient management,
∎ Responsible to consult & discuss with Head of Medical Services Wing, registrar or specialist doctors in order to give the best treatment to the patients,
∎ Responsible to attend the weekly ward round if needed.
∎ Responsible to give lecture for the training courses run by CRP if necessary.
∎ Have to involve in preoperative preparation for all patients planned for operation.
∎ Ensure requirement of blood transfusion, prosthesis and implants for operation.
∎ Responsible to contact with Anesthetist, Surgeon during pre, per and post operative period if advised by the Head of Medical Services Wing/Registrar.
∎ Assist as an assistant in all operation with surgeon as per roaster,
∎ Finally for the betterment of the organizations and patients, you are expected to perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
