∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Should Have an excellent knowledge on Transport Management & Maintenance
∎ Should have excellent skill on driver Management
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on different kind of vehicle
∎ Should have proper communication skill with driver and Senior Management at the same time.
∎ Should Have an excellent knowledge on Transport Management & Maintenance

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain a fleet of more than 100 plus vehicles comprising both light & heavy vehicle
∎ To ensure timely servicing & repair of all vehicles to keep the down time at a minimum level
∎ To interact with the reputed garages and get the major repairing works done at a very competitive cost
∎ To initiate requisition for purchase of spares and other parts of vehicles and to get approval by the authority
∎ To Ensure timely renewal of all relevant paper of vehicles from concerned authorities and permits for newly procured vehicles.
∎ To check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval
∎ To check the staffs / driver's attendance, extra hour work before sending for paymentTracking the vehicles while they runs in a long distance
∎ To Maintain liaison with Traffic Police, BRTA and other Law enforcing agencies as and when required
∎ To initiate disciplinary action for the Driver & departmental staffs committing misconductHandling security & protocol department.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time
