Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department involves managing the strategies, systems, and teams that handle customer interactions with team, and engagement.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to hourly mentoring CRM team sales growth, Bringing out good performers from the CRM team, e-commerce.
∎ Factory: Ensure that daily production goals and targets are met in alignment with company objectives and deadlines.
∎ Report daily production/packaging/Delivery/Stock/Inventory progress, Register maintaince, and any issues to upper management.
